The ask
Overview Step into a business labyrinth filled with HR dilemmas waiting to challenge your expertise. Navigate through employee value propositions, job fit, performance management, engagement strategies, and retention practices. One misstep could trigger a time bomb of complications, but perfect execution will lead to victory and rewards from a prestigious institution with a legacy in HR. Motto: "Great vision without great people is irrelevant!" Round 1: Format: Preliminary quiz testing HR knowledge and awareness of recent events. Time Limit: 15 minutes. Round 2: Format: Case presentation during Ensemble-Valhalla with 3-4 slides (excluding intro and thank you slide). Details will be emailed to shortlisted teams. Instructions: Team Composition: 2-4 participants per team. Eligibility: Open only to full-time MBA students. Multiple Entries: Allowed from a single institution, but no individual may be part of more than one team. Disqualification: Teams not adhering to the rules and guidelines will be disqualified at any phase of the event.
