Round I · The Caselet — Screening: Teams get a short caselet and 25 minutes to submit a one-page solution — problem, recommendation, rationale. The top 5 advance. Round II · The Live Case — Final: Finalists receive a detailed real-company case, 45 minutes to prepare, then a 7-minute presentation and 3-minute Q&A. Laptops in prep; no internet during the round. Judging: Problem structuring and clarity Depth of analysis and evidence Feasibility and commercial sense Delivery and defence Guidelines: Eligibility: Bona fide UG students; team of 3 from the same college Team Size: 3 members Mode: Hybrid (Online + Offline) Inter-college team members not allowed. Inter-specialization team members allowed. Spot Registrations are also available.
