Participants will design a practical, scalable solution that captures these inefficiencies and shares the gains with the customer. Case Problem Design a financial-efficiency model for Indian MSMEs and self-employed professionals. Your solution should identify where value is being lost, propose how to capture it, and show how the gains are shared between the customer and the service provider.
