Overview: Dive into the ultimate student venture capital experience! Test your grit by making bold investment bets, surviving rapid-fire startup analysis, and defending your picks in front of the toughest "Partners" in the room. Crack cases, outsmart rivals, and persuade judges with your financial acumen, strategy, and VC swagger. Event Flow: The Deal Dash (Rapid Fire Analysis) Pitch Deck Sprint (Deck Jam) Partner's Court (Pitch Defense & Showdown) Rules: Stick to all time limits in both rounds. Outside assistance or internet use is not allowed during the Deal Dash. All teams will receive identical startup profiles selected by the organizing panel. Pitch decks/templates for finals will be standardized; bring your wits, not custom graphics. Humor and audacious logic are welcome in your exit scenarios! Judging Criteria: Investment Analysis: 30% Strategic Thinking: 25% Due Diligence Quality: 25% Presentation & Defense: 15% Creativity (Exits): 5%
