The ask
About the Event: Product Teardown is a problem-solving competition organized by the Product Management Club of IIM Raipur in collaboration with The Product Folks. The event is designed to test participants' product management skills, including product strategy, user experience, product metrics, product improvement, and solution development. Participants will analyze real-world products and propose improvements using a structured product teardown approach. Event Structure: Product Teardown Submissions Participants will solve a problem statement related to a specific product. Teams must analyze the product and prepare a Product Teardown Solution Deck presenting their insights and recommendations. The solution should focus on identifying issues, suggesting improvements, and presenting a structured product strategy. Submission Format: Product Teardown Solution Deck File format: PDF Date and Timings: 2nd - 9th October 2026 12:00 AM – 11:59 PM Objective: Compete with other participants to solve real-world product challenges. Demonstrate analytical thinking, strategic decision-making, and product management expertise.
